Vincent Kolb, Pastor
Vincent Kolb began as our Pastor in June 2001. Originally from Fullerton, CA, Vince has a B.A. in English from California State University Fullerton, a Master in Divinity from San Francisco Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago. Vince has been the Pastor of El Buen Pastor Presbyterian in Brighton, Colorado, Bethel Presbyterian Church in Denver, Colorado, and the First Presbyterian Church of Dumas, Texas . Vince has been married to the Rev. Ana L. Lugo, Campaign Consultant for Church Financial Campaign Services, for 25 years. Vince has 3 sons, Erik (age 33), Joe (21), and Vincent (21), and three granddaughters, Emily (7), Eleanor (4), and Evelyn (2).

Susan Takis, Associate Pastor
Susan Takis began as our Associate Pastor in December 2003. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts (Drama and French) from Furman University, a Master of Fine Arts (Theatrical Design) from Southern Methodist University, and a Master of Divinity from Columbia Theological Seminary. Susan’s long career in professional theatre included such clients as The Dallas Opera, The Fort Worth Ballet, Six Flags Theme Parks, The Fort Worth Opera, Dallas Theatre Center, Juilliard at Lincoln Center, and Entertainment Design Group, Just prior to seminary, Susan taught theatre history, stagecraft, and directed stage productions at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. Susan was ordained to the ministry in 2004, and is pleased to be serving in her first parish. Susan is the proud aunt of Anna (10 years old) and T.J. (7), George Simon (4) and Jonathan (4 months) the lights of her life!

Matt Hartley and Andrea Hartley-Myers, Co-Youth Directors
Matt Hartley and Andrea Hartley-Myers have been serving as our Part-Time Directors of Youth Ministries since September 2005. Since then, they got married and had 2 children, Lila (2) and Will (just born!). They both have degrees from the University of North Florida, where they met. They each have an alter-ego: Matt, the Public School Teacher; and Andrea, the Assistant Director of International Visitor Corps of Jacksonville.

Michael Dell, Director of Music
Born in Jacksonville in 1959, Michael Dell received his Bachelor in Church Music degree from Stetson University (DeLand, FL) and a Master of Church Music degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Fort Worth, TX). Additional studies were with Dr. Gerre Hancock at St. Thomas (Episcopal) Church in New York City, as well as numerous workshops and conferences. He has served churches in Texas, Alabama, and Florida, and has the good fortune of currently being Organist/Director of Music at South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church, the rehearsal home of The Heritage Singers of Jacksonville. Michael is the proud father of Christopher (now in his second year at his Alma Mater, Stetson), and also richly blessed with four wonderful stepchildren: Brad, Katie, Justin and Jessica, by his recent marriage to his collaborative partner, Debbie.
