Education >Emphasizing Scripture And Discussion...South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church has a broad range of Christian Education for adults, youth and children. Classes and small groups meet on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday evenings and/or mornings (seasonally), and at other times. Our annual Summer Vacation Bible School, a weeklong themed event led by adult and youth volunteers, is a special time of fun and Christian learning for children. SJPC emphasizes scripture in all classes. We also encourage authentic discussion of current Christian and ethical/social/moral issues. The regularly scheduled educational classes, special programs, and retreats are listed in the Sunday church bulletin and in our monthly newsletter, The Scroll.
