DESC

Downtown Ecumenical Services Council was founded by SJPC and other area churches to provide a single clearing house of information and services for the transient and displaced in our community. The church provides financial support annually and volunteer time to the Council. It is housed at the First Presbyterian Church in downtown Jacksonville.
