PASTA AND PICASSO, our preschool’s annual fundraiser, is Friday, March 19, beginning at 6pm in Harvin Hall. Please join us for Italian cuisine, sumptuous desserts, works of art by our preschool children, and the annual silent and live auction. See Pastor Vince for more information. PALM SUNDAY, MARCH 28: We will worship together as a church family at ONE WORSHIP SERVICE at 10am in the sanctuary! Please join us! ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT & FAMILY PICNIC Please join us & bring a friend March 28 (Palm Sunday) after the 10am church service to Whatley Park for a Family Easter Event! Bring a picnic lunch, chairs & blankets for your family and a dessert to share! Little ones, remember your Easter Baskets! We’ll have an age divided Egg Hunt (ages 3 & under, 4-6 & 7+). If your child will be participating please drop a minimum of 12 stuffed plastic eggs per child (no chocolate/melting candies) to the "Ask-Me-Desk" by March 26! If you do not have children participating please consider donating some pre-stuffed eggs as we will be inviting non-church members in the community to join us. Look for order forms on the Ask Me Desk and in the Narthex, or call the office with your order, 396-0567. Plants are $8.00 each. Deadline to order is March 28. Honor a loved one! ASK-ME-DESK VOLUNTEERS: We are in desperate need of Ask-Me Desk volunteers for Sunday mornings in 2010. Please call the church office to reserve a Sunday or two, or sign up at the Ask-Me-Desk. Hours are 8:45-12:00, and includes taking phone messages, answering questions, and making visitors feel welcomed. This is a great way to help out the church! The daily online devotional resumes on March 15 with “He Chose the Nails.” CAMP MONTGOMERY SUMMER OPPORTUNITIES! Camp Montgomery offers fun summer camps for children ages 2nd – 12th grade! This summer, Montgomery is also offering a FAMILY CAMP for the ENTIRE FAMILY, August 11-14! THANK YOU to all who have contributed to the “Gift of the Heart” mission project! The We-Tweens are grateful and overwhelmed by your generosity as they continue this mission project! So far, we have made 96 hygiene kits and 34 baby kits thanks to your generosity! This represents over $2300 of donations in supplies, completed kits, and monetary donations so far!
